Return Policy

Due to the nature of handmade and edible products, returns are generally not accepted once the order is delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product missing from order

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Minor design or color variations in handmade products

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed may not be canceled after preparation or dispatch has started.
